This year’s annual Project Homeless Connect (PHC) was held on December 6th from 10:00am-2:00pm at St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Local organizations and services gathered in one place to provide assistance to over 200 of Manchester’s homeless individuals and families. Organizations in attendance included Child and Family Services, Families in Transition, Serenity Place, Harbor Homes, The Way Home, and many more. Eye and hearing checks along with flu shots were also made available for the homeless. And individuals from the Manchester Homeless Services Center served a hot lunch. Over 900 total connections were made between the homeless and providers during the 2012 PHC.
