Q.  Is the MCoC a 501C3 non-profit?

A.  No.  The MCoC is not a 501C3 non-profit, nor is it incorporated at this time.

Q.  What is the MCoC?

A.  The MCoC is an inter-agency (multiple agencies) organization, in which agencies in Manchester that provide housing, services, or programs to homeless or at-risk of homeless populations collaborate on efforts to end homelessness.  Representatives from agencies form committees that focus on key areas in ending homelessness, such as data collection and community awareness.  You can read more about the MCoC and its history by visiting our MCoC History page. 

Q.  Who is part of the MCoC?

A.  Agencies in NH, primarily Manchester, that provide housing, services, or programs to homeless or at-risk of homelessness populations.  Numerous city officials, policy makers, private businesses and concerned citizens also participate in the MCoC.  While the MCoC is not a membership organization, agencies that participate in the MCoC are typically referred to as “members.”  You can find the list of such agencies by visiting our Participating Agencies page.

Q.  I am part of an agency, organization, or business.  How do I become involved in the MCoC?

A.  Contact us at info@mcocnh.org, and let us know that you are interested in getting involved!  Please let us know what agency you represent and its primary focus.  You can also join us at our monthly Continuum General Assembly meetings, which are generally every third Thursday of every month (with a few exceptions, visit our Calendar of Events page for up-to-date meeting information), but we ask that you email us ahead of time, so that we provide enough space for the meeting.

Q.  I am a citizen of Manchester.  How do I become involved in the MCoC?

Q.  When are your meetings?

A.  We have two different types of meetings: Continuum General Assembly meetings and Committee meetings.  Our Continuum General Assembly meetings are generally every third Thursday of every month (with a few exceptions).  You can find the most up-to-date information at our Calendar of Events page for all meetings. 

Q.  Are your meetings open to the public?

A.  Yes, Continuum meetings are open to the public.
